ARMADILLO Armor Defense Systems, Inc. is a Philippine vehicle armoring company based in Cebu City. We engineer and install custom-made, selective-fit ballistic protection into cars and trucks — protecting the people inside without changing the way the vehicle looks, drives or feels.
Our storyTransparent armor
Multi-layer ballistic glass with polycarbonate backing, shaped to the original aperture and sealed against spall and edge attack.
Running gear
Suspension, brakes, bushings and tyres re-specified to carry the added mass, so the vehicle keeps its ride height, braking distance and road manners.
Discreet finish
Trim, headliner and panels go back exactly as the factory intended. From the kerb, an ARMADILLO build reads as a standard vehicle.
Selective-fit method
Every panel is cut for one vehicle
There is no universal armor kit. We survey the shell, template each cavity by hand and cut the protection to that exact body — then overlap the seams so a round cannot find its way through a joint. It is slower than a bolt-in kit. It is also the only way to protect a vehicle without ruining how it drives.

How a build runs
Six stages, one vehicle at a time
From the first threat conversation to the handover drive, the vehicle stays with one team.
Consultation
We talk through who travels in the vehicle, where it goes and what it needs to stop. That conversation sets the protection level — not a price list.
Survey & teardown
Interior, trim, glass and wiring come out. The shell is stripped to bare metal so every cavity and line of sight can be measured.
Template & cut
Each panel is templated against the actual body, then cut from ballistic steel or composite. Nothing is pulled off a shelf.
Armor installation
Opaque armor is fitted and overlapped; transparent armor is set into the original apertures and sealed. Hinges and latches are reinforced.
Running gear
Springs, dampers, bushings, brakes and tyres are upgraded to the new kerb weight, then road-tested for ride height and braking.
Rebuild & handover
Interior goes back to factory finish, the vehicle is detailed, every system is checked, and we walk the owner through the build in person.
